Technical Skills :-
1)      Excellent  in Unix/distributed system (Mandatory)
2)      Excellent Debugging/Log analysis skills (Mandatory)
3)      Good understanding of Databases (Mandatory)
4)      Good knowledge around Autosys, MQs. (Mandatory)
5)      Good understanding of a monitoring system, at least should have fair idea on any of the monitoring tool/mechanism   (Mandatory)
6)      Basic shell/Perl scripting skills (Not Mandatory but desired)
7)      End to End understanding of Release Management, Change Management. (Mandatory)
8)      Comfortable with ticketing tools like HP QC, Service Now etc. (Basic end user experience is desired and Mandatory)
Soft Skills:-
9)      Should have excellent communication skills. (Mandatory)
10)   Should have fair knowledge around MS-Office, especially Power point slides. (Desired, Not Mandatory)
